Where have we been?

We're sorry for our blog absence lately. The last few weeks we've been covered up in construction on the new studio gallery. On Tuesday I hung drywall for the first time ever. In case you're wondering, I'm not about to quit my day job.

Here's a sneak peek of the new space from a couple weeks ago.

Last weekend we had two beautiful weddings in Chattanooga. Both were held at the Hunter Museum of American Art. We absolutely love that venue! Here's a shot that our intern Courtney got of Joy and me with our friends from Orlando, Richard and Catherine. Richard was one of the groomsmen in the wedding and Catherine was one of Joy's bridesmaids 8 years ago! We always enjoy reconnecting with them.

Tonight we're going to the community July 4th celebration. The East Tennessee Symphony Orchestra is performing outdoors and then the fireworks will light up the sky. Stay tuned for pictures.

On Tuesday we'll be in Denver for the Down the Aisle show at the Ritz Carlton. Lisa and her team have put together another outstanding show and we're thrilled to be a part of it.

We'll return and spend a couple weeks putting the finishing touches on the studio gallery before we hit the road again, this time to Minneapolis. A couple of our fantastic wedding clients live there, so we're visiting them for their e-session. And while we're there GraphiStudio will be hosting us for a special seminar at their new training center. We couldn't be more excited!

Finally, we're changing the dates for our elevate 4 workshop in Chattanooga. It was initially scheduled for September 9-10. We're exploring other dates and promise to announce the new dates soon.

Have a safe and happy Fourth!
