gn studio hosts photographers from around the country

On Monday, November 6, as part of OSP South, we were excited to host roughly 90 photographers from the country at our new studio in Chattanooga. Special thanks to our friends Jennie and Michelle and my brother Tabor and his wife Heather for helping with the open-house.

We are so fortunate to have found such a great space and in a wonderful location on the North Shore in downtown Chattanooga. Over the past couple months we've put a lot of work into the studio, and what a rewarding experience it is to finally be complete.

No post about our new studio would be complete without thanking several people who were a HUGE help. First of all, my father Garry, spent countless hours in the evenings and on the weekends helping us out. And my mother, Donna, really helped out with babysitting in the evenings when she got home from work. Also, Tabor and Heather were a big help babysitting several times. Obviously we love having Graycen with us at the studio, but sometimes it's tough to get things done when we're in a crunch. Thanks to everyone else for your support and patience as we've been really focused on this project. We love you guys.

Of course we'll post real pictures of the studio in a couple weeks, but for now, these are several shots that we grabbed during the open-house.

The now famous (thanks to Anne Ruthmann) gn sign

Tasty goodies from local favorite Rembrandt's and several of our photographer friends

People gathered in the upstairs theatre room for a demo of Lightroom, a new editing application

you guys are so amazing. I'm crazy about you :)

I love Addison's dress. When can we model?!?! I don't want her to wear it, I'm afraid she'll get it unperfect!

love to both of you... and baby g too!
