Katherine & Andreas, married in Orlando

You'll remember Katherine from her bridal portraits that I posted recently. We had been looking forward to Katherine and Andreas's wedding for quite some time.

Katherine's Rene Caovilla's dazzled.

She wore a stunning straight-off-the-runway Vera Wang gown from The Collection in Winter Park.

Her headpiece was exquisite.

The ceremony was at Knowles Chapel at Rollins College.

Quick portrait time just before dark.

Their reception was at Isleworth, which is has long been one of our favorite venues. The florals and design were done by the brilliant Brian and Richard at Flourish Events.

-DJ Carl provided the tunes for the evening.
-Simone from Makeover Station did the ladies' make-up.
-Brian from Luminous Video did the videography.
-And last but certainly not least, the fabulous Heather Snively from Weddings Unique made it all happen.

Congratulations, Katherine and Andreas. It was an absolute pleasure to photograph your wedding and we wish you the brightest future.

And finally, a special thanks to Jim & Melissa and Brian for assisting me behind the lens.

Veronica's senior session

I can't believe I photographed Veronica's senior session! Not because she's a celebrity or someone famous, but because she's my cousin and I think it was last week when she was still a little girl. It's hard to believe, but Veronica is a senior at Fountainview Academy in Canada. And while she was home for break, we did her senior portrait session.

Veronica is full of passion and life and it's most evident in her love of animals. Since before she was old enough to work, she volunteered at a local veterinarian. Over the years she's cared for cats, dogs, chickens, hens, rabbits, goats, donkeys and probably other animals that I don't even know about, all at her home. We're proud of her and excited for the future!

Peace and blessings, Vern.

Buddy's senior session

Buddy is a senior at Fountainview Academy in Canada. While he was home on break we did a quick senior portrait session and he did great!

Anna & Albert, married in West Palm Beach

Anna & Albert were married in a beautiful wedding in West Palm Beach, Florida. Style and sophistication abounded.

Hello Manolo, nice to see you again.

I love this groom portrait.

Anna's dress was stunning.

St. Ann's in West Palm Beach is a BEAUTIFUL place for a wedding!

Fun portrait time between the ceremony and reception.

The reception took place at the PGA National Resort and it was fabulous!

Thanks Anna and Albert for allowing us to be there to photograph your special day. We wish you God's richest blessings for the future. It truly was a pleasure.

And last but not least, I want to thank Sara Kauss for shooting with me.

Emily & Jeremiah, married in Collegedale

It was a wedding we had been looking forward to for years, literally. I've been close friends with Emily's oldest brother for over 15 years, and have known Emily during that time as well. When Joy and I were married 10 years ago, Emily and her family were at our wedding in Charleston.

Jeremiah is a fantastic guy and we've gotten to know his family a little bit over the years as well. We couldn't be happier for the two families joining.

Beauty.

A last minute hug from brother Stephen, still a newlywed himself.

I love watching the groom watching his bride.

Congratulations, Emily and Jeremiah. We wish you God's richest blessings as you begin your new life together. And I'd like to especially thank David Smith for helping me out behind the lens.
