Lauren and Marty, married in Savannah

The charm and character of Savannah have made it undoubtedly one of my favorite cities to photograph. Lauren and Marty were married at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ascension with their reception at the fabulous Mansion on Forsyth Park.

There was no shortage of emotion from both families.

Lauren's father proving he's in touch with his feminine side. Mr. Wall was a great sport and it was such a pleasure working with him!

After the ceremony we headed over to river street for some creative portrait time of Lauren and Marty.

The ladies

The men

Beautiful!

One of my favorite things about the Mansion is that we get to go downstairs and photograph in the spa.

Their cake was beautiful, and it was personalized by the great princess and frog topper and the paratrooper landing in the back.

Great reception decor.

Thanks so much, Lauren and Marty, for letting us be a part of your special day! We wish you all the best as you move into this exciting new chapter of your life together. And Marty, a special thanks to you and the other service men and women for all that you do for our country. It was truly an honor.
