Featured in Destination Weddings & Honeymoons

We love being published! And we're even more excited when we're published in Destination Weddings & Honeymoons. Diane from DW&H emailed the other day to let us know that two of our images would be featured in their big annual issue, due on newsstands this week.

One of the images is from Silje and Crispin's wedding in Amot, Norway. They had one of the coolest cakes I've ever seen!

And the other image is of Tracey and Pete, kissing in Interlaken, Switzerland.

What fun! Thanks Diane, for including us. Your magazine is absolutely fabulous!

Emily & Jeremiah's e-session

Where do we start with this couple? I've known Emily since she was ohhhhh, 6 or 7 years old. Wow, where has the time gone?!?!?! We are so excited for Emily and Jeremiah's wedding coming up in just a few short weeks!

Aren't they fun!

Eleanor's Senior Session

We had a blast photographing Eleanor on her senior session. Eleanor is a senior at GPS and she's such an artist and quite a visionary. She came to us with a clear picture of what she was looking for and it was fun to work together to make it happen.

Congratulations, Eleanor!

Burgin Family Session in Charleston, SC

I've always believed everything happens for a reason, but I was really disappointed when a portrait session that we had scheduled in Charleston ended up canceling. Quickly we posted the opening on Facebook and within minutes we received a message from long lost friends from high school and college, Mindy and Kirk.

We were so excited to reconnect with them and photograph their handsome family.

Landon's such a little model

I love Micah's curls

And little Austin is so full of adventure, very close to the same age as our youngest daughter. You can tell he's gonna be keeping up with his older brothers in no time at all.

Thanks, Mindy and Kirk, for sharing a little slice of life with us. We wish you and your family a happy holidays and many continued blessings!

Lisa's girls

I first met Lisa Larkins a couple years ago when she came to work for GraphiStudio. Lisa and her husband Mark have four daughters! And she always said she would love for me to come to Minnesota and photograph them. Not too long ago we had the opportunity. And they were great!

I loved the effort they put into the costumes and props. We started shortly after 6 am. What a great setting!

Then we went down to the tracks at Stillwater.

Somehow as we were driving around town late the night before we spotted this old garage door. It sure worked out great!

Thanks, Lisa and family, for such a great session! I hope you had as much fun as I did.
